The website will be monitored for illegal activity, and any content that appears to break the law will be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities. We may access, save, and disclose your records and content if required by law or if we believe in good faith that such actions are reasonably necessary to:

1. Comply with legal processes.
2. Proceed with transactions as authorized by you.
3. Respond to your requests for customer service.

By agreeing to these terms, you authorize us to take these actions as necessary.

Use of Service

Dcreative is a full-service design and marketing agency capable of serving a diverse range of customers.

Our services, accessible through our website, are provided to you under the condition that you agree to these Terms of Use. By using our services, you agree to abide by these terms.

Unresponsive Client (Due Payment)

If the customer has not responded to communications for more than 30 days, we will assume that the client is no longer continuing with their project. In this case, Dcreative reserves the right to charge the remaining balance from the customer’s defaulted payment method.

Files Ownership

Please be aware that once we have completed the work and delivered it to you, any remaining unfinalized work does not belong to you and cannot be used.

Dcreative will not be responsible for delivering the project or service if the client has not responded or communicated for more than 6 months after the last conversation. In such cases, the project or service will be put on hold, and additional fees (depending on the project or service) will be required to resume work.

Money Back / Refund Policy

Dcreative will accept a request for a refund of the design fee if the client is dissatisfied with the final design, provided the client offers a valid reason for their dissatisfaction and explains why they do not like the final product within 7 days of starting the project.

However, services that have progressed beyond the initial stage to revisions or the final phase cannot be refunded. No refunds will be considered for any other reason.

Payment

  • Invoiced amounts must be paid upfront within four days after receipt of the invoice.
  •  Payments should be made online via credit/debit card or bank transfer.
  •  New invoices may be generated mutually for new service requests or requirements not included in the original contract.

Violation of Term of Use

The Company reserves the right to pursue legal and equitable remedies against any User who breaches these Terms of Use, which may include terminating the Services provided.

Not enforcing any provision of these Terms of Use does not waive the Company’s right to enforce that provision in the future if a breach occurs.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable for any reason, that specific provision will be severed from these Terms, but the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
